Some ideas for transitions are: finger plays, singing songs/chants, story time and locomotive activities. There are many other activities that you may use to transition your students, but these include the more popular ones. Would you like to share some activities that work for your students? My favorite transition activity is the use of finger plays because my Pre-K students love to sing and wiggle! :-)
